Stairlift Service
As stairlifts are electrical and mechanical devices, we recommend that they are serviced by an Experienced AM Stairlifts Engineer at least once a year. In some cases where they are used by more than one person/ and or throughout the day, they may need more regular servicing.
Whether we installed or not, we are happy to service your stairlift no matter the make or model. One of our qualified engineers will carry out a thorough service to manufacturer standards.
We can offer service and warranty plans on any stairlift, meaning you can relax knowing we have your stairlift covered for any maintenance and repairs it may need.

Aftercare & Warranty
Once your stairlift is installed you will be completely supported by A M Stairlifts, ensuring you have that little extra peace of mind that if your stairlift breaks down for any reason we will be on hand to help you.
Our new stairlifts come with a 2 year warranty and our reconditioned stairlifts come with a 1 year warranty from the date of your installation. Our rental stairlifts come with a full lifetime warranty for the duration of your rental.
Once your original warranty has expired, we will be happy to extend your warranty so this will give you additional peace of mind for the further years ahead.
Regular servicing by our fully qualified engineers should ensure that your stairlift stays in good working order.

What is NOT Covered by our extended warranty
Accidental Damage, User error or removal of foreign objects.
Where the lift has been misused, abused or left switched off.
Wear and tear of the upholstery or any damage caused by foreign objects or liquids.
Standard Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Maximum age up to 8 years depending on the Stairlift.
